• Video file — temporarily, for analysis only. Auto-deleted within 7 days.
• Survey answers — your goals, niche, and content preferences. Used to personalize your results.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken. Standard analytics to improve the product.

2. How we use your data

• Analyze your video and deliver results to you.
• Send you email reminders about your analysis results (up to 3 emails per analysis).
• Send occasional product updates, tips, and offers from HookScore and our affiliated brands.
• Improve our analysis system based on aggregated (non-personal) patterns.

3. We do NOT sell your data

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your email is used exclusively by HookScore and our affiliated brands to communicate with you.

4. Affiliated brands

HookScore is part of a family of products. By using our service, you may occasionally receive relevant offers from our affiliated brands. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — you can opt out at any time.

5. Video storage & deletion

Your uploaded video is stored securely and used exclusively for generating your analysis. Videos are automatically deleted within 7 days of upload. We do not publish, redistribute, or use your video for any other purpose.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to remember your market region (EUR/USD) and analysis sessions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You can:

• Request deletion of your data by emailing us.
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
